Arrington & Sons custom finishing services include:
Die-cutting to add depth, dimension, and a unique look, and to accommodate innovative graphic design; we have hundreds of stock dies on hand, including but not limited to: round and square corner windows, circles, and ovals.

  • Our variety of press sizes and configurations enable us to die-cut a wide range of run lengths, sheet sizes, and thicknesses. Call on us to finish your regular offerings, from business cards, pocket folders, invitations, presentation folders and beyond. We also enjoy challenges and assist both designers and printers with unusual one-of-a-kind projects. Many of our services combine multiple processes, limited only by your client’s requirements.

Foil-stamping on materials ranging from letterhead, envelopes to note cards, invitations, certificates, pocket folders and special occasion publications.
We are pleased to offer these beautiful and useful processes for a wide variety of run lengths and sheet sizes. We work with artists to advise and assist in the creative process. Printers consult us prior to their own production to insure the most efficient use of time and material in subsequent foil-stamping and embossing.
These processes are generally used in conjunction with other printing methods to lend style and appeal to promotional material of all kinds and sizes. Our services expand marketing opportunities for our clients, including:

  • Stationery (Letterhead, Envelopes, etc.)
  • Business cards
  • Pocket folders
  • Report Cover
  • Invitations

Pocket folders for a cost-effective and customized look.
We have a full complement of machines and skills to die-cut and assemble presentation folders and covers. Our house dies can be modified with windows, tabs, business card slits, different pocket depths/widths, and other custom features, yet yield cost advantages to our clients through a degree of standardization.
Our automated assembly equipment can be adapted to produce other similarly constructed graphic arts products employing straight-line gluing.

We provide limited litho-printing for printer-clients who may wish us to handle the entire production on these jobs, although we encourage them to use their own facilities as much as possible. Of course, our foil-stamping and embossing services are frequently used for folders and covers. We have hundreds of stock dies; contact us if you require something “different”. Chances are it’s close to something we
already have, which could make your next project with us more economical.

Embossing for that textured look and feel.

In-house conversion, printing and gluing for customized pocket folders and other publication inserts. Custom jobs that require the extra attention of hand assembly are completed in house.

Multi-process finishing to achieve the perfect look for your client.

Our equipment represents a wide range of capabilities to accommodate many different finishing requirements. We are capable of matching sizes, runs, and time-sensitive projects.
